Job Overview

Cub Burnsville South on County Road 42 is seeking a part-time produce team member to ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing for customers. This role involves product rotation to maintain freshness and provide an efficient shopping experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Equipment operation (fork lift, pallet jack, carts, box cutter, baler, etc.)
  • Able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time
  • Memorization, reading, writing and math
  • On-going customer interaction, providing prompt, courteous and accurate service
  • Good judgment required for handling situations without immediate supervision
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing
  • Work shifts varying in length and time, including nights, weekends and holidays

  • Equipment operation (scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine, intercom, calculator, etc.)

  • Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing

  • Must be able to work shifts varying in length and time, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be 16 years of age and older

Physical Requirements

  • Lifting/carrying up to 70 lbs.
  • Pushing/pulling up to 2500 lbs.
  • Walking on uneven ground
  • Reaching, bending, repetitive motions
  • Exposure to hot equipment and cooking oil

Schedule

Variated weekly shifts
