Part Time Produce
Job Overview
Cub Blaine East is seeking a part-time produce team member to ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing for customers. The role involves product rotation to maintain freshness and enhance the shopping experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Performs aisle stocking and display building
- Sorts produce food stock loads
- Assists cashiers with price checks and product replacement
- Assists customers with questions about product locations and suggestions
- Answers department phone calls and responds or refers as appropriate
- Follows all store and department policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- Equipment operation (fork lift, pallet jack, carts, box cutter, baler, etc.)
- Able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time
- Memorization, reading, writing and math
- On-going customer interaction, providing prompt, courteous and accurate service
- Good judgment for handling situations without immediate supervision
- Able to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing
- Must be able to work shifts varying in length and time, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 16 years old
Physical Requirements
- Lifting/carrying up to 70 lbs
- Pushing/pulling up to 2500 lbs
- Walking on uneven ground
- Reaching, bending, repetitive motions
