Part Time Produce

Cub Plymouth Vicksburg is seeking a dedicated part-time produce team member to ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing while maintaining product freshness and minimizing waste.

Responsibilities

• Perform aisle stocking and display building
• Sort produce food stock loads
• Assist cashiers with price checks and product replacement
• Help customers with product locations and suggestions
• Answer department phone calls and respond or refer as appropriate
• Follow all store and department policies and procedures

Requirements

• Operate equipment (fork lift, pallet jack, carts, box cutter, baler, etc.)
• Able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time
• Strong memorization, reading, writing, and math skills
• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service with ongoing customer interaction
• Use good judgment, especially when direct supervision may not be immediately available
• Understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions
• Write identifying information and request supplies verbally or in writing
• Work shifts varying in length and time, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 16 years of age or older

Physical Requirements

• Lifting/carrying up to 70 lbs
• Pushing/pulling up to 2500 lbs
• Walking on uneven ground
• Reaching, bending, repetitive motions
• Exposure to hot equipment and cooking oil

Schedule

• Varied weekly shifts
• Weekends required

Pay
