Part Time Produce
About the role
Cub Chanhassen on Market Boulevard is seeking a part-time produce team member to join their team. The produce team ensures shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing for customers, while also managing product rotation to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
Responsibilities
- Performs aisle stocking and display building
- Sorts produce food stock loads
- Aids cashiers with price checks and product replacement
- Assists customers with product location inquiries and suggestions
- Answers department phone calls and follows up as necessary
- Fulfills all store and department policies and procedures
Requirements
- Equipment operation (forklift, pallet jack, carts, box cutter, baler, etc.)
- Able to walk long distances and stand for extended periods
- Memorization, reading, writing, and math skills
- On-going customer interaction with prompt, courteous, and accurate service
- Good judgment for handling situations without immediate supervision
- Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions
- Write identifying information and request supplies verbally or in writing
- Capable of working varied weekly shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Lifting/carrying up to 70 lbs., pushing/pulling up to 2500 lbs., reaching, bending, and performing repetitive motions
- Exposure to hot equipment and cooking oil
