Part Time Produce

Cub Stillwater is looking for a dedicated individual to join the produce team. This role focuses on stocking, organizing, and maintaining visually appealing produce displays while ensuring product freshness and minimizing waste.

Responsibilities

• Perform aisle stocking and display building
• Sort produce food stock loads
• Assist cashiers with price checks and product replacement
• Help customers with product locations and suggestions
• Answer department phone calls and respond or refer as appropriate
• Follow all store and department policies and procedures

Requirements

• Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, box cutters, and balers
• Able to walk long distances and stand for extended periods
• Strong memorization, reading, writing, and math skills
• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service with ongoing customer interaction
• Exercise good judgment, especially when direct supervision may not be immediately available
• Follow verbal or demonstrated instructions, write identifying information, and request supplies verbally or in writing
• Must be at least 16 years old

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and carrying up to 70 lbs
• Pushing and pulling up to 2500 lbs
• Walking on uneven ground
• Reaching, bending, and repetitive motions

Schedule

7:00 am - 4:00 pm, with shifts varying in length and time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
