Job Description

• Prepare pasta, sauces, breadsticks, and toppings needed for daily production.
• Complete related paperwork to document accurate product usage and temperature logs.
• Maintain safe food temperatures throughout the meal period.
• Rotate product, clean up, and sanitize the area during and after shift.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Required Qualifications

Performs the duties in an efficient and positive manner, meeting the objectives of Ashland University and the needs of the student customer. Follows state health department guidelines and dress codes. Applicant must be currently authorized to work in the United States; Ashland University will not sponsor or take over sponsorship for an employment visa.

Preferred Qualifications

Detail oriented, reliable, and a self‑starter. Able to work with little or no supervision.

Physical Demands

Bending, lifting, and standing for long periods. Tolerance to extreme heat when working in and around a kitchen environment.
