Posting Information
- Position Title: Part-Time PM Pizza - Student Dining
- Job Description: Prepare, press and assemble, pizza doughs, sauces and toppings for daily production. Bake pizzas as needed throughout meal period. Maintain safe temperatures throughout shift. Rotate and properly store product at end of shift. Clean and sanitize work station. Complete daily production sheet and temperature logs.
- Shift: 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday-Friday and every other weekend.
Required Qualifications
- Performs the duties in efficient manner, meeting the objectives and needs of Ashland University.
- Follows State health and safety guidelines to ensure safe food handling.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Detail oriented, able to multi-task with little or no supervision in a busy environment.
Physical Demands
- Bending, lifting, standing for long periods.
- Tolerance to extreme heat when working in and around a kitchen environment.
