Part-Time PM Pasta - Student Dining

About the role

This position involves preparing pasta, sauces, breadsticks, and toppings for daily production at Ashland University's student dining facility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pasta, sauces, breadsticks, and toppings for daily production.
• Complete related paperwork to document accurate product usage and temp logs.
• Maintain safe food temperatures throughout the meal period.
• Rotate products, clean up, and sanitize the area during and after the shift.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Requirements

• Efficiently perform duties in accordance with Ashland University and student customer needs.
• Follow state health department guidelines and dress codes.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Able to work independently without supervision.

Physical Demands

• Bend, lift, stand for long periods.
• Tolerate extreme heat in a kitchen environment.
