About the role

Prepare, press and assemble, pizza doughs, sauces and toppings for daily production. Bake pizzas as needed throughout meal period. Maintain safe temperatures throughout shift. Rotate and properly store product at end of shift. Clean and sanitize work station. Complete daily production sheet and temperature logs. Works 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday-Friday and every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in an efficient manner, meeting the objectives and needs of Ashland University.
• Follow State health and safety guidelines to ensure safe food handling.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States. Ashland University will not sponsor or take over sponsorship for an employment visa.
• Essential duty: Optional cleaning and concessions (10% of time).

• Detail oriented, able to multi-task with little or no supervision in a busy environment.
