Join as a Part Time Patient Access Representative Associate, contributing to improved health outcomes by providing compassionate support to patients navigating healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, ensuring a welcoming environment
• Verify demographic, insurance, and benefits information
• Complete registration paperwork, explain costs, and collect payments
• Resolve claim issues, document resolutions, and support scheduling
• Provide customer service via phone, support inquiries, and assist with medical records
• Mentor peers and perform other duties supporting patient care and operational needs

Qualifications

• 6+ months customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Availability for daytime hours, including some early mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Must be 18 or older

Preferred Skills

• Revenue Cycle or office experience
• Experience with Epic systems

Physical Demands

• Walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 10 lbs.

Pay

Range from $16.00 to $29.00 per hour, with benefits and incentives.
