Part-time Parts Support Clerk

About the role

We are hiring a Parts Support Associate to join our team at Fletcher Jones Motorcars. This is a part-time position focused on assisting the Sales and Parts Department and providing items to guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide parts to guests in an efficient manner.
• Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately.
• Assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that leave a positive impression with the customer.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Highly organized.
• Previous experience in a related role preferred.

Pay

$18.00 - $18.00 per hour.
