Part-Time-Order Selector

About the Role

We are seeking a Part-Time 2nd Shift Order Selector to join our team. Top performers can make over $30/hr with a performance incentive. This role plays a vital part in America’s food distribution system, ensuring customer orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilled.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers of food and non-food products to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems.
• Place items on pallets and transport completed orders to the loading dock staging area using an electric pallet jack/forklift.
• Wrap, label, and prepare shipments while adhering to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain the efficient flow of products through the production process.
• Perform safety checks on equipment, wear required Personal Protective Equipment, and ensure a safe work environment.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards as per company guidelines.
• Secure equipment and complete necessary paperwork at the end of each shift.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6-12 months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Ability to work scheduled/assigned times and required overtime.
• Physically able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift, including lifting up to 80 pounds occasionally.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, and dry).
• Pass a pre-employment drug test.

Pay

$20.00/hr ($19.00 base + $1 shift differential + $2 freezer differential) + Incentives
