About the role

Join our Warehouse Teams as Order Selectors. Your responsibilities include accurately replenishing product or fulfilling customer orders by selecting, moving, and loading products (such as bags of dog/cat food, cases of cans, litter) from warehousing racks and storage areas onto pallets using manual labor and warehouse equipment. You will also build pallets accurately, ensuring product integrity upon delivery to customers.

Responsibilities

• Safely and solely bend, lift, and move materials up to 60 lbs. repetitively and continuously throughout the shift, manually and by operating warehouse equipment
• Read, write, and understand English, including identifying numbers
• Comply with safety procedures, rules, and regulations
• Have reliable transportation, flexible schedule, solid attendance, and a positive, professional attitude
• Some positions may require working in the walk-in freezer, which requires the ability to work in temperatures at or below -5 degrees F while wearing required personal protective equipment provided by the company

Requirements

• Experience in safely operating warehouse equipment (e.g. forklift, pallet jack, high reach truck), preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required
• High degree of skill and dexterity in operating and controlling warehouse equipment
• Experience and certification for an electric pallet jack, a plus
• Experience with Infor WMS, a plus

Pay

We offer a step progression pay system with guaranteed pay increases after 6 months and 1 year of service, and additional increases based on length of service.

Starting Pay: $19.79 per hour

Guaranteed Pay Increases: After 6 months and 1 year of service

Additional Earning Opportunities: Pay rate increases are scheduled regularly based on length of service

Schedule

Part Time: Monday through Wednesday, 12pm-8pm
