Part-Time Order Selector

About the role

Part-time position with a starting pay of $21.25 per hour, increasing by $1.00 per hour after 6 months and another $1.00 per hour after 1 year. Pay is issued weekly. Benefits become eligible after 30 days of employment, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and more.

As part of the Order Selection team, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently pulling customer orders within the warehouse, palletizing orders, ensuring correct placement, and operating motorized equipment such as electric pallet jacks while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receives, stores, and/or selects various health & beauty products, general merchandise products or supplies from warehouse stock
• Transports product throughout the warehouse
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Maintains order selection performance standards of speed and accuracy with minimum damage
• Build stable and well cubed pallet
• Ensures the correct labels are on the correct pallet

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have experience in a warehouse or distribution company environment
• Must have experience with headset/voice order selection
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds, with frequent bending, stooping and lifting
• Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available

Pay

Starting pay: $21.25/hour. After 6 months: +$1.00/hour. After 1 year: additional +$1.00/hour. Pay is issued weekly.
