You'll safely and accurately select products for customer orders, build and wrap pallets, and prepare orders for shipment. This is a fast-paced, physically active position that's a great fit for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and taking pride in getting the job done right. Key Responsibilities Select products from warehouse inventory to accurately complete customer ordersSafely transport products throughout the warehouse using an electric pallet jackBuild, palletize, and shrink-wrap orders for shipmentMaintain productivity, accuracy, quality, and safety standardsReport inventory discrepancies, damaged or spoiled products, location changes, and out-of-stock itemsAssist other warehouse departments as needed during peak workloadsFollow all warehouse safety, HACCP, and Safe Quality Food (SQF) policies and procedures What We're Looking For Previous warehouse or physical labor experienceElectric pallet jack or reach lift experienceUnderstanding of warehouse safety guidelines and basic RF system functions preferredStrong attention to detailAbility to lift 60+ pounds continuouslyAbility to understand and follow selection procedures and verbal instructionsAbility to work safely and use good judgment with limited direct supervisionA dependable, team-oriented attitudeGood judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.
