Part Time On Call Service Specialist

Position Details

• Dress code: Business professional
• Hours: M-F: 7:30AM- 4:30PM
• No nights, no weekends
• All locations worked will be in the Downtown Chicago Area

Responsibilities

• Operating mailing, copy and fax equipment
• Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Shipping & Receiving
• Ordering supplies
• Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
• Adequately adhere to all safety procedures
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Effectively able to work independently and in a team environment
• Long periods of walking and standing to perform job functions in the mailroom/service dock
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
• Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
• Lifting up to 55 pounds
