Part-Time Office Services Assistant, Hutton Honors College
About the role
Serves as first point of contact for all visitors and callers to Hutton Honors College (HHC) including students, prospective students, parents, faculty, and media.
Provides administrative support to the Dean and to HHC staff as other duties allow.
Serves as receptionist for all HHC staff.
Answers and directs incoming calls to appropriate staff.
Manages the "Ask HHC" email account.
Directs in-person visitors (including HHC students, prospective students/parents, campus colleagues) to appropriate staff.
Provides administrative support for HHC academic advising staff (4 full-time, 2 graduate assistants).
Schedules student and visitor appointments.
Maintains calendars for advising staff.
Coordinates with student interns/hourly workers.

Requirements
- Required Bachelor's degree
- Required 2 years of relevant experience

Pay
$16.00 per hour
Schedule
16 hours per week
9 hours of which must be worked on Fridays
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
