Office Assistant, Part-Time

Job Description

Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater Central, LLC is seeking a part-time Office Assistant to join our Lima, OH location. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our office.

• Answering Phones: Take messages, provide information, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
• General Administrative Support and Office Maintenance: Keep up with office supplies inventory stock levels and reorder requests in Coupa procurement software.
• Auxiliary Customer Service: Assist walk-in customers to receive samples and chain of custody forms.
• Financial Processing: Process Customer Credit Card Payments.
• Document Management: This may include filing, copying, data entry, and document retrieval.
• Maintain Cleanliness and Organization of Office Space.
• Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines to ensure the office runs smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail, ability to audit your work and others for accuracy.
• Knowledge of office software and tools, including Microsoft Office.
• Skills in Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.
• Experience in customer service.
• Authorization to work in US indefinitely without sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English.

Additional Information

• Position is part-time, Monday- Friday 12:00 PM- 5:00 PM.
• Position is located at our Lima, OH site.
• Position Pay Range is $17.50-$18.50/hr but will be reviewed based on experience.
