Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and support front desk coverage by answering inbound calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely and organized manner.
- Keep the reception area, shared spaces, and common office areas neat, presentable, and ready for daily use.
- Track inventory levels for office and kitchen items, place supply orders, and replenish materials as needed.
- Aid with document scanning, filing, and other clerical tasks to maintain accurate and accessible records.
- Cook up to date with external vendors for routine office-related needs and follow up on service requests when necessary.
- Prepare meeting spaces and provide logistical support for internal gatherings and day-to-day office activities.
- Contribute to smooth daily operations by handling administrative assignments and general office support duties as directed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in an office support, receptionist, front desk, or administrative position.
- Ability to manage receptionist duties effectively, including greeting guests and handling inbound phone calls.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks and shifting priorities independently.
- Experience performing clerical work such as scanning documents, filing records, and maintaining office documentation.
- Familiarity with monitoring and replenishing office supplies to support uninterrupted workplace operations.
- Detail-oriented communication skills and a service-oriented approach when interacting with staff, visitors, and vendors.
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to maintain a consistent part-time onsite schedule.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, along with basic computer literacy. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for occasional travel within the local area.

Pay
