PART TIME MULTI SITE COMMUNITY DIRECTOR

About the role

We are looking for a Part-Time Multi-Site Community Director with Affordable Housing experience to oversee Mount Joy Senior Housing and East High Village Apartments. This position provides oversight to the communities' teams, processes Tax Credit and Rural Development leases, and delivers excellent customer service. A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred but not required—we will cover the cost for you to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the properties
• Manage staff
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local programs
• Manage capital improvement projects
• Handle rent collection
• Oversee budget and control expenses
• Process applications and recertifications
• Provide customer service, including work order requests and communications
• Perform data entry
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports

Requirements

• Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry
• Prior affordable housing experience (Tax Credit, Rural Development preferred)
• Yardi experience preferred
• PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required
• Excellent attention to detail and administrative process skills
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Valid PA Driver’s License and reliable, insured transportation
• High School Diploma or GED

Schedule

2 days per week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
