MULTI SITE COMMUNITY DIRECTOR

About the role

This position will oversee management of multiple conventional apartment communities in the Hershey area. When you join PMI, you are joining a stable and growing employee-owned management company at the forefront of the real estate industry that has been in business for over 55 years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of multiple apartment communities
• Plan and execute property improvement projects
• Monitor financial performance and prepare reports
• Develop and manage property budgets
• Coordinate leasing efforts to maximize rental income
• Ensure Company policies and procedures are upheld
• Resolve resident complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure standards are met
• Lead efforts to enhance resident retention through excellent customer service
• Travel is required

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the multi-family housing industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Valid PA Driver’s License and reliable, insured transportation
• High School Diploma/GED
