MULTI SITE COMMUNITY DIRECTOR

About the Role

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is seeking a full-time Multi-Site Community Director to join our team in the Lancaster region. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. This is an employee-owned company with over 55 years in business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple communities throughout Lancaster and the surrounding areas
• Lead, support, and manage on-site staff to ensure efficient community operations
• Manage resident accounts, including rent collection, application processing, and accurate data entry
• Coordinate with contractors and manage related budgets, invoices, and project expenses
• Provide responsive customer service to residents, applicants, and community stakeholders

Requirements

• Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry
• PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required (company will pay for you to get one)
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation
• High School Diploma/GED

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Based on experience.
