MULTI SITE COMMUNITY DIRECTOR

About the role

A prestigious Property Management Company is seeking a full-time Multi Site Community Director to join their team in Camp Hill, PA. The ideal candidate will oversee management of multiple conventional apartment communities in the area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of multiple apartment communities.
• Plan and execute property improvement projects.
• Maintain financial performance and prepare reports.
• Develop and manage property budgets.
• Celebrate and manage leasing efforts to maximize rental income.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
• Resolve resident complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
• Conduct routine property inspections to maintain standards.
• Enhance resident retention through excellent customer service.
• Travel is required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the multi-family housing industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED.

Skills

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of property management software.

Pay

Depending on experience and position.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
