About the role
A prestigious Property Management Company is seeking a full-time Multi Site Community Director to join their team in Camp Hill, PA. The ideal candidate will oversee management of multiple conventional apartment communities in the area.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operation of multiple apartment communities.
- Plan and execute property improvement projects.
- Maintain financial performance and prepare reports.
- Develop and manage property budgets.
- Celebrate and manage leasing efforts to maximize rental income.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
- Resolve resident complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct routine property inspections to maintain standards.
- Enhance resident retention through excellent customer service.
- Travel is required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the multi-family housing industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED.
Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of property management software.

Depending on experience and position.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
