We're hiring a hardworking, Part-Time Mini-Golf Attendant to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Handle all merchandise and mini-golf sales
• Serve food and drinks to guests at the concession stand
• Provide great customer service to keep everyone smiling
• Help keep play moving on the course so guests get the most out of their round
• Greet visitors, point them in the right direction, and answer questions
• Keep the course safe by ensuring guests follow the rules and look out for one another
• Maintain course and restroom cleanliness and stock throughout the shift and after closing (sweeping, restocking supplies, managing trash)
• Supervise birthday parties, group outings, and other rentals; plan and lead appropriate program activities
• Answer the phone and share information about facility operations, activities, and functions
• Set out and monitor supplies and equipment, ensuring everything works properly
• Respond quickly and calmly to emergencies, follow proper emergency procedures, and administer first aid if needed
• Perform other related tasks as needed

Requirements

• General understanding of how a facility like this operates, including safety precautions and what good customer service looks like
• Comfortable and genuinely good with people of all ages and backgrounds; enjoys working with children and families
• Able to handle moderate physical work
• Remains calm and effective under stress
• Follows and helps enforce safety and security procedures
• Communicates clearly and courteously in person, on the phone, and in writing
• Good grasp of English
• Ability to follow written and spoken instructions
• Accurately record information
• Handle basic math (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing)

• Physical demands: regular walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching; grasping, fingering, repetitive movements; fine coordination for phone/equipment use; lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 60 lbs occasionally; occasional awkward positions; clear speaking and good hearing needed; good visual acuity for equipment operation, reading data, inspecting details, checking work accuracy, and monitoring surroundings
• Work environment: outdoors with full seasonal conditions (sun/heat above 100 °F for extended periods, adverse weather, wet/slippery surfaces, humidity, dust/dirt, fumes, insect bites/stings, garbage, park‑setting distractions); possible exposure to toxic/caustic chemicals, allergenic substances, blood/body fluids when rendering first aid (may require specialized PPE); occasional work near moving mechanical parts; noise levels may require raising voice; may interact with distressed or upset guests or staff while interpreting and enforcing policies

Pay

$12.00-$15.00 per hour (based on experience)
