About the role
This position is in Richardson, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and take inbound calls.
- Ensure the office has correct demographic and insurance information on file.
- Schedule patients for advanced physical exams.
- Aid patients with scheduling appointments.
- Call on campaigns to schedule.
- Meet weekly and monthly scheduling goals.
- Proactively implement and execute scheduling processes.
- Ensure patients' comfort by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering patient questions.
- Update patient records.
- Follow all HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
- Excellent computer skills.
- Experience with EMR Systems, preferably Epic, ECW, and Athena.

Pay
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour.
Schedule
16-32 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and occasional Saturdays.
