Seeking a Medical Receptionist to support a community-based healthcare team. Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing check-in, verifying demographic and insurance information, loading insurance data, and collecting co-payments. Additional duties involve scheduling appointments, communicating with clinicians via EHR, monitoring reminder calls, following up with no-shows, processing referrals, and ensuring documents are scanned and available. They will also handle payments, close cash batches, assist coworkers, and maintain patient confidentiality with a courteous manner. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of receptionist or customer service experience, and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred candidates have primary care experience and familiarity with EPIC.
