Part-Time Medical Receptionist

About the role

This position plays a vital role in providing patient-centered clinical support at an outpatient clinic.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors
• Manage appointment scheduling
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Handle billing and payments, including copay collection
• Participate in patient interaction and TB screening

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Experience in healthcare or strong customer service background (preferred)
• Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems (advantageous)
• Understanding of value-based care (advantageous)

Pay

Compensation ranges from $38,000 to $45,800 annually and includes a bonus incentive plan.
