About the Role

Provide high-acuity, long-term acute care to medically complex patients in a clinician-centered environment that values respect, integrity, and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity, long-term acute care to medically complex patients, including ventilator support, wound care, IV therapy, and telemetry monitoring.
• Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and develop and manage care plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Deliver comprehensive care to complex patients in a long-term acute setting.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration and patient management.

Requirements

• Current RN license.
• Experience with ventilator management, wound care, IV therapy, and telemetry monitoring preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-focused, supportive environment.
