Full-Time LTAC RN

Responsibilities

• Provide complex, long-term acute care to medically fragile adults, including ventilator and tracheostomy management, advanced wound care, IV therapy, and telemetry monitoring
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans and educate patients and families
• Ensure accurate documentation of care provided

Qualifications & Skills

• Experienced RN with knowledge of long-term acute care procedures, ventilator and tracheostomy management, wound care, IV therapy, and telemetry
• Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential, along with attention to detail in documentation
• Ability to work in a supportive, clinician-centered environment focused on patient care and work-life balance
