About the Role
Long Term Acute Care RNs (LTAC RNs) provide comprehensive patient care through assessment, intervention, and evaluation, working closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans.
Responsibilities
- Dispense medications, manage chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines
- Monitor, evaluate, and respond to patient status to ensure optimal outcomes
- Provide guidance and supervision to clinical support staff
