About the Role
Deliver high-quality care to medically complex patients in a long-term acute care (LTAC) setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Administer medications, manage ventilators, and handle complex lines
- Provide advanced wound care
- Monitor patient status changes and document accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed RN with relevant clinical experience in long-term acute care settings
- Proficiency in ventilator management, wound care, and complex line handling
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment
