About the role
Experienced LTAC RN providing long-term acute care in Atlantic City, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Deliver complex care to medically fragile adults, including ventilator and tracheostomy management.
- Perform advanced wound care, IV therapy, and telemetry monitoring.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on care procedures and health management.
- Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of patient care.
- Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Work within a supportive and flexible work environment focused on quality patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in long-term acute care nursing.
Skills
