Qualifications and Requirements

• High School diploma / Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Excellent hearing to hear guest concerns and management requests.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent vision to pick out areas needing attention.
• Excellent speech communication skills to communicate with guests and management.
• Ability to read and understand the correct use of cleaning supplies.
• Lifting boxes of supplies, pushing a cart, and vacuuming (10 lbs.), carrying supplies (20-30 lbs.) daily.
• Bending to pick up items on the floor and kneeling to clean under furniture - frequently.
• Mobility - walking in the public space for an 8-hour shift.
• Continuous standing - on feet for 8-hour shift cleaning and doing projects in the public space.
• Climbing ladders of approximately 5-6 feet 5% of the year.

Skills

Strong communication skills when interacting with guests and employees.

Reading and writing abilities used often when completing paperwork, logging issues, complaints, requests, and information updates.

Basic math skills used frequently when handling cash or credit.

Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, and training abilities often used.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
