Full & Part-Time Lobby Attendant

About the role

As a lobby attendant, you'll ensure our public spaces remain pristine, greeting guests warmly and assisting with their needs. With a focus on maintaining cleanliness and order, your role is crucial in creating memorable moments for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm smile and assist them with any inquiries or needs they may have.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the lobby area to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
• Monitor and restock supplies in the lobby to ensure availability for guests and staff.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate effectively with other departments as needed.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down lobby events, ensuring all areas are tidy and organized.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department for timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and a helpful, polite attitude.
• Ability to stand for long hours, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights.

Schedule

• Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

• Compensation: $15 - $16 hourly
