- Assist providers during exams and ensure accurate documentation in the EHR.
- Educate patients, support care coordination, and maintain infection control and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
- Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to perform basic procedures and support chronic disease management.
- Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols.
