Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care according to residents' care plans
- Conduct health and psychosocial evaluations
- Monitor residents' conditions and promote health and prevention
- Coordinate services to ensure quality resident care
Requirements
- Minimum of two years' LPN experience in assisted living or nursing home setting
- Valid LPN license in good standing
- Ability to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Effective organization, communication, and time management skills
- Capacity to handle multiple priorities and delegate tasks
- Dedication to senior well-being
- Availability to work night shifts and weekends
Schedule
Full-time overnight position (6p–6a).
