Role Overview: The Center Medical Specialist is responsible for evaluating donor suitability through physical examinations and medical history assessments, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Perform donor assessments and build rapport to ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain donor and staff confidentiality.Educate donors on health and test results, and counsel on potential hazards.Manage donor injuries and adverse events, and evaluate medical histories for ongoing suitability.Assist in employee training and administer hepatitis vaccination programs. Qualifications & Skills Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse certification/licensure as per state requirements.CPR certification is mandatory.
