Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN and physician supervision, including vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and patient education
• Document care accurately in the EMR and monitor patient status
• Report patient changes promptly to the clinical team
• Assist in coordinating patient flow and supporting clinical procedures
• Adhere to infection control standards and promote a safe environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality care and safety
• Engage in professional development to enhance nursing skills

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of infection control practices
