Part Time - Licensed Practical Nurse

About the role

Provides patient care under supervision, ensuring a compassionate approach that respects patient autonomy, dignity, and rights. Responsible for collecting patient data, assisting in care planning, administering prescribed medications, and evaluating care effectiveness. Engages in patient and group education, and participates in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient data and assist in planning and implementing care
• Administer medications as prescribed and evaluate care plans
• Provide patient and group education and contribute to healthcare improvement activities
• Engage in ongoing education and achieve assigned goals

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited LPN program and licensure
• Minimum of 1 year clinic experience (preferred)
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire (preferred)
