Part Time - Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities

• Perform health assessments and document care in EMR systems.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with chronic disease management and respond to sick calls and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with facility and state regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address mental and physical health needs.
• Maintain a safe and secure clinical environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid LPN license.
• Experience in healthcare, preferably in correctional or similar settings.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
