Part Time - Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor and document resident conditions.
• Support care plans and collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians.
• Educate residents and families about care.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Assist residents in reaching their highest level of function.
• Deliver high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive environment, ensuring safety, education, and collaboration for optimal resident outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed practical nurse (LPN) licensure.
