Part Time - Licensed Practical Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a licensed EMT-B, EMT-A, Paramedic, or LPN to work in our plasma donation centers. This role involves conducting physical exams, assessing donor suitability, providing education on health and test results, managing donor injuries, and ensuring confidentiality.

You will build donor rapport, evaluate medical histories, and assist in staff training and employee vaccination programs.

Requirements

• Certified/licensed as an EMT-B, EMT-A, Paramedic, or LPN in your state
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent communication skills
• Manual dexterity and ability to perform physical tasks
• Awareness of safety protocols
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in environments with biological fluids and cold temperatures
