Responsibilities
- Room patients and take vitals
- Administer medications and injections
- Assist with clinical procedures and perform basic treatments

- Ensure accurate documentation in the EHR
- Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
- Support health equity efforts for underserved populations
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
