- Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
- Transporting patients and communicating with healthcare providers
- Managing medication charts and assisting with medical supply orders
- Monitoring patients during detoxification and responding to withdrawal symptoms
- Supporting a safe, recovery-focused environment
- Performing additional duties as assigned
Qualifications And Skills
- Current Indiana LPN license
- Ability to work independently with patients
- Knowledge of and adherence to Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) protocols
