Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate patient care in a team environment, following physician orders and within state scope of practice. Responsibilities Include Assessing patients through physical examinations and diagnostic testing to evaluate health status.Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.Participating in care planning and communicating with physicians about patient conditions and test results.Supervising LPNs and certified nursing assistants.Documenting assessments and care in accordance with standards and policies.Educating patients and families on health-related topics.Completing required documentation per regulations and policies. Qualifications Include Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Valid state licensure as an LPN.Current CPR certification.
