Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate patient care in a team environment, following physician orders and within state scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patients through physical examinations and diagnostic testing to evaluate health status.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participating in care planning and communicating with physicians about patient conditions and test results.
• Supervising LPNs and certified nursing assistants.
• Documenting assessments and care in accordance with standards and policies.
• Educating patients and families on health-related topics.
• Completing required documentation per regulations and policies.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Valid state licensure as an LPN.
• Current CPR certification.
