Role Overview
As a Lead Generation Specialist (LGS) at Stratus Clean, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by effectively generating leads, conducting data mining activities, and initiating cold calls via email and phone. Your primary responsibility will be to set appointments for our sales team to provide janitorial cleaning quotes for commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, attract, and qualify potential customers (leads)
- Outbound Prospecting: Identify potential commercial cleaning clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, and social media engagement.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate a prospect’s interest, budget, and authority to determine if they’re a qualified lead. Verify the following: The prospect’s facility is cleaned at least once a week. The company has five or more employees. The decision-maker is open to a meeting regarding commercial cleaning solutions for their facility.
- Appointment Setting: Secure at least one qualified appointment per day.
- Data Management: Utilize HubSpot to manage daily activities, log call outcomes, and enrich prospect records intuitively during the calling process.
- Funnel Optimization: Tracking key performance metrics (conversion rates, cost-per-lead) to refine messaging and improve outreach strategies.
- Professional Communication: Deliver scripted openings and professional rebuttals to common objections (e.g., "happy now," "too busy," or "in a contract") to build rapport and demonstrate value.
- Performance Metrics & Goals: Activity: 25–30 dials per hour. 4-5 hours of phone time per day. Effectiveness: 1-2 appointments per day
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in G Suite.
- Knowledge of the janitorial or commercial cleaning industry is a plus.
