Part-Time Lab Assistant/Phlebotomist

Role Overview: Provides sample processing, exempt screening, and monitoring tests following CMS (CLIA '88), OSHA, and other standards. Performs venipunctures and blood specimen collection in line with established policies. Supports technical staff with non-clinical tasks. Key Responsibilities Perform sample processing and testing according to regulatory standards.Conduct venipunctures and prepare blood specimens.Assist technical staff with non-clinical duties. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required.No experience necessary; 1 year as a phlebotomist and EKG experience preferred.Healthcare or clinical lab experience is a plus.Certifications such as CPT or phlebotomy credentials are preferred but not required.
