Part-time Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant

About the Role

Join our growing fertility team in Bellevue and play a meaningful role in helping patients on their path to building a family. We are seeking a Part-Time Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant to provide exceptional patient care through accurate blood collection and specimen processing in a fast-paced, compassionate clinical environment. This position works closely with physicians and clinical staff to support fertility treatments while creating a positive experience for every patient.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM – 11:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Practice phlebotomy
• Perform specimen collection and processing for in-house and outside laboratories
• Prepare exam and procedure rooms
• Support patients during clinical visits and procedures
• Assist Physicians with patient care and clinical procedures
• Maintain supplies and ensure rooms and equipment are clean and fully stocked
• Maintain clinical supplies inventory
• Provide patients with information regarding upcoming procedures and reassurance/comfort before, during, and after procedures

Requirements

• 6+ months experience as a Medical Assistant in physician practice
• Must be able to work occasional weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel

Qualifications

• Completion of Certified Medical Assistant Program – preferred (Studies level: Certification, Studies area: Nursing/healthcare assistant)
• Phlebotomy Program – required (Studies level: Certification, Studies area: Phlebotomy Program)

Preferred Experience

• 1+ year Phlebotomy experience or willingness to learn preferred
• Prior experience in Fertility, OBGYN, or Women’s healthcare – preferred
• Experience supporting clinical procedures is a plus
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience - preferred
