Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. Responsibilities Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.Participates in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with clear goals in collaboration with the care team, patient, and family, ensuring effective communication.Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.Works in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining constant alertness to ensure safety and quality standards. Qualifications Minimum of Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree in Nursing.RN licensure required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred with at least 2 years of experience.No supervisory experience necessary.
