Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family-centered care in a healing environment.
• Educates patients and their families on managing illnesses or injuries, including post-treatment home care needs and medication administration.
• Participates in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Engages in professional development.
• Develops, implements, and documents individual patient care plans collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team and patient, family, or caregiver, adhering to established guidelines and standards of nursing care.
• Proactively plans and communicates the care plan across the healthcare continuum.
• Affirms and evaluates physical, psychosocial, and emotional patient needs using critical nursing skills, considering patient preferences and barriers to care.
• Assesses patient values, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and population-specific needs.

Requirements

• No experience required.
• Must hold an active RN license.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Schedule

This is a part-time night shift position with every third weekend off.
